This page is a Proof of Concept for an image preloader progress bar. A button triggers the HTTP Request for the image and a progress bar and percentage % of data loaded is updated until the image is completely loaded. Similar in appearance and functionality of the legacy progress bars one would find in a website built using the Flash/Shockwave Plugin of yesteryear.
